US ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
- We do not currently offer free return shipping on returns or exchanges. Any merchandise returned after 30 days will be returned to the sender or subject to a restocking fee of at least 50% at the sole discretion of KidShoesDirect.com management. UPS is our preferred carrier for all returns.
- Merchandise returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
- We'll gladly accept returns for most items in new condition, with original packaging. Any merchandise returned to Runnin Wild Toys not in the above conditions will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
- All marked down items are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Any final sale merchandise that is returned to Runnin Wild Toys will be returned to the sender or subject to a restocking fee of at least 50% at the sole discretion of
Runnin Wild Toys management.
Your returned items are your responsibility up until the items are received at our warehouse. We recommend insuring your return shipment, getting a tracking number, and retaining a proof of postage

- Fill in the returns form received.
- Repackage items and include the invoice. Send your package to:
